Who we are

Propr Group Limited ("ProprGroup", "we") is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17470569), with its registered office at 3 Springfield Place, The Street, Old Basing, RG24 7DR. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@propr.group.

What we collect

If you apply for our beta: your name, work email, company name, fleet size and current planning approach. If you sign up for updates: your email address. We also record when you gave consent and how you found us (campaign tags in the link you used). With your permission, we use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To assess your beta application and contact you about it: our legitimate interests in running our beta programme, and steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
• To send you product updates: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To understand how our website is used and measure our advertising: your consent, given through our cookie banner.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and process your data on our behalf: our hosting platform (data storage), our email provider, Google (Google Analytics) and LinkedIn (Insight Tag). We do not sell your data. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Beta application data: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Update subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: in line with our cookie settings.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict our use of it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@propr.group. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
